I have been looking around at other reviews of this place and I feel a little bit worried about making a less than favourable review. There are a few cases where someone has written a negative review and they have been defended by someone involved with the business. In the interests of avoiding some kind of lawsuit, then, let me just say that this is just my opinion. My opinion does not stop you from going there if you want… I had heard that this was a really lovely place to go for a drink. Unfortunately, I did not find this to be true. The barmaid was really lovely and very friendly but it just didn’t have the gentle relaxed atmosphere that I was looking for. If you want a more rowdy night, though, it’d probably be quite good fun. All in all, though, I left feeling quite ambivalent.
