Indish

Indish is a very popular restaurant in Chadderton and rightly so. The food is excellent. My husband and I tend to have takeaways rather than dine in. This is because the place is very noisy at weekends. My favourite dish is the balti exotica. There’s loads of meat in it and the sauce is full of tasty spices. My Husband always has the chicken tikka Hands — a beautiful dish which has just enough kick. You won’t regret trying this restaurant.

Beautiful food as usual can’t fault the service, it was quite full when we arrived that really says it all about this restaurant. It’s no wonder we keep returning.

My fave indish resturant, such a great vibe. Love the food and the cocktails and atmosphere.

This is 1 of my favourite Indian restaurants, been going here now for years. The restaurant was only small when they firsted opened
(& I was 1 of their 1^st customers) and they have extended to a huge place, lovely bar and waiting area. Also at weekends they have entertainment to. great place amazing food excellent staff. it’s a must.

Contrary to rave reviews I’ve heard about Indish I’d like to give a balanced quick take on this venue …
It’s stylish, the service is excellent (at least our waiter was) it has a nice ambiance when your sat at sunset near its large conservatory area. It’s food is nice and presented well. But it is Ind (Ian)ish ???
This is food for gentle taste and few ingredients … Like a beginners curry that you can take your 1^st date to without worrying about ‘it’s too hot … Too spicy … Too «anything»
Our table sampled dishes from sea bass with lime to keema and chicken to madras with keema rice and a Phall extra hot with a side of coriander chilli and ginger …
This extra plate of instant flavour was devoured by the curry lovers while the ‘I prefer Chinese’ people munched away at their potato and lamb or shashlik dishes without too much discomfort or dissatisfaction:-)
So there you are … Worth a visit. Would go again. But perhaps not for the ‘curry addict ’ as mentioned in menus of yore, more for ‘the beginner’ usually associated with the Korma in the good old menus of old !
