New Look

This is my favourite newlook store due to the larger inspire range! It’s crazy I need to travel outside of London to get a variety of clothes in my size but it’s worth it, as every time I visit there’s always a sale and you pick up great bargains! This store has three levels and the best level is the top because of the larger sizes and shoes! There’s also two tills which normally has no queues however the changing room is on the second level!

Since New Look moved 2 doors down to a refurbished 2-​storey lot, they have improved massively and acquired a lot of fan in the process. The ground floor is divided into sections, womenswear and denim at the front, a corner with hair stuff, hosiery and accessories, and underwear and mens’ at the back. There are also sales rails and what appear to be sub-​labels (e.g. Rage). Upstairs is the kids’ section, maternity wear and every girl’s dream and every guy’s worst nightmare — ¾ of the floor is full of shoes! There are shoes of every colour and size imagined, including specialist rails with size 9 shoes and shoes for people with wider feet. Students get 10% discount and sometimes they run promotional periods where it’s 20%. Staff are very helpful and will call nearby stores if an item you want isn’t in stock. Definitely one to visit!

New Look in Chatham is now a huge affair with two floors full of fashion goodness.
It offers ranges to suit everyone from the youngsters to the men with different departments to suit different bodies. For example the youngsters can go to 915, those from sizes 8 – 16 or 18 will go for the general wear and those with bigger sizes get another department dedicated purely to them.
You can find a whole section dedicated to going out with items such as glitzy tops, dresses, cardigans etc. Then a jumper section with namely a lot of jumpers in it. Cardigans etc. Then a denim section where you will find a wide range of different styles and cuts to suit just about any fussy lady. If you’re on the tall side there’s a tall section and sleepwear. I have to say they don’t offer a petites section which is quite annoying if you’re on the small side like moi.
Upstairs you will find the 915 section, larger lady section, shoes and a huge range of jewellery with designs to suit all. There are also a large number of bags and hair accessories, all at very decent prices!
