Expect pretty much the same standard and menu of Frankie & Bennie’s here that you would at any other branch. From experience, this particular outlet does seem slightly more generous with portion size. The staff are friendly and attentive and the food is served in good time. The restaurant doesn’t get much sunlight due to it’s shaded location in a half outside/half inside pseudo mall. The result is that the inside is a little dark. It’s not enough to obstruct your experience or hinder your reading, but it’s not as bright in there as on most similar restaurants. There is an outside seating area which would probably be nice in sunny weather.

One of an Italian-American chain, in the Brewery complex. I’ve been here a couple of times, and I’ve always felt that it promises just that bit more than it delivers. Conventional menu, mainly burgers, pizzas and the like. Very limited choice for vegetarians. However, the food is reasonable quality and the portions are huge. The service is friendly, although a little hit and miss in terms of speed and attentiveness. I guess it’s family friendly, based on the usual clientèle.

Wonderful Place .Huge well presented portions The puddings are to die for so make sure you leave enough Space for them. Service was Quick and friendly and they have child size menu There are outside tables with heaters in a courtyard area. If you go to the cinema keep your reciept and you will get a discount on all the restaurants in the brewery Courtyard including Frankie and Bennys

I really liked it here, I have only been here once so it may have been a good day for them. Service was quick and very helpfull, we were seated quickly. The food was tasty and arrived a lot quicker than at another frankie and benny’s that I had been to. We both burger and chips and american cheesecake for pud. When paying, we were given a voucher for 5 pounds off our next visit. The restaurant is just out of the centre of Cheltenham in a small shopping arcade. It is opposite a multiplex cinema and would be ideal for an after or pre film meal.

Nice enough restaurant — I visited during the day and sat outside(outside is still under the canopy of the Brewery, so it doesn’t matter if it’s raining! The food was nice — and well presented, as well as being hugely generous portions! howeverinside, it is really dark and looks quite dingey. It’s clean enough, it’s just kinda seedy looking! The food isn’t the cheapest around, or the best — but not a bad place to stop if you’re in Cheltenham. Be warned though, parking is a nightmare! You can park in the multistory opposite the Brewery complex, but it’s not cheap — but then, nothing in Cheltenham is cheap!
