Dirty shop, weak coffee, poor service, staff looked grubby and uniforms looked dreadful. This is a poor example of the Nero brand. Needs to try harder rather than rely on regular trade.

Slow is definitely the word to describe this branch of the Nero chain have given up using it because the wait wasnt worth it. Was patronisingly told it was because it was fresh as though customers arent quite used to how coffee is made in this day and age they manage it in many much busier stores! Also made me feel unwelcome feeding the(quiet) baby too so scores even lower. There’s ample choice of coffee shop in Chester so I just find another.

Excellent coffee marred by painfully slow service No I don’t want any pastries I fear by the time I get one I’ll be long dead Shame as coffee is first class

Small intimate coffee shop one of two Nero’s in Chester City Centre. Located in the hreat of the City a few minutes walk down Bridge Street on the West from the Centre of Chester, The Cross. They also have a selection of overpriced sandwiches and Ciabattas. Nice relaxing clean décor, can get very crowded at lunch times.
