Very friendly and helpful in here, the girl who served me did the best deal she could and i got a phone and a memory card to go with it for £30 less than i was expecting to pay — well worth a visit!

I found staff to be seemingly unhelpful and did not approach me to find out if I needed a hand while viewing phones
I used to work for a phone company so I knew there were faults with two models that I was looking at, I asked a sales assistant what the phones were like and when I asked if they had heard on any known faults with the phones they replied no they haven’t heard of anything. My friend also went in to purchase a very expensive prada phone, she asked a lot of questions regarding the phone which most of them could not be answered satisfactorily. Instead of apparently using any sales skills or banter they let us walk out the door without purchasing a thing, while we had every intent on purchasing a phone, we will not use the carphone warehouse again as I believe in that particular branch, the shop is not maintained and the staff seem unhelpful.

Every time I have come to the end of my current mobile contract I have always gone here to see what deals they can offer me and every time they have come up with a better deal than I was on.
The good thing about the Carphone Warehouse is that they are not tied to any one particular provider.
Instead they are able to look across all the main network providers to get you the best deal at the time from any one. The deals they do offer also match directly those offers you could get direct from the supplier.
