Conveniently located within walking distance of my customer’s office, we popped over for a mid-week lunch. The standard British ordering system — you place your order and pay at the bar, taking your drinks with you and the food is brought to your table. Two chicken tikka marsalas and two sandwiches, plus four drinks were about £24. The chicken was mildly spicy, served with yellow rice and a single naan bread. It left me wanting some riaata or chutney. My customer said his chicken piri piri sandwich was very spicy and he ended up leaving about half of it behind. The bar looked friendly and welcoming, I’m sure it’s a great place to spend an evening. There’s not much more to say.
