This is a sweet place to visit. There is an undercover area like a tropical garden, with butterflies, and it is good fun with the children to try and count how many you can see. There is an area with birds which just fly around, including a very cheeky parrot(in a bird cage) that talks and whistles at you! The place is surprisingly big as it also has different themed gardens, ie french, victorian. Within these gardens there are pictures of animals hidden which you need to tick off a list you are given when you enter. There is an animal area outside, where there are rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas and tortoises. Undercover there are some other animals such as lizards, spiders and other creepy crawlies! All in all this is a good way to spend a morning or afternoon, the whole place looks like it needs a bit of sprucing up, but I think its part of its charm. There is a café resaurant area, which offers simple meals, snacks and drinks.
