The Balloon Shop

In my professional capacity as a marketer (marketeer? musketeer?) I have recently tried to work with The Balloon Shop and been completely let down.
With an event coming up next week and getting branded balloons on my list of things to do, I contacted them for a quote, which I received within a reasonable amount of time. Agreeing on the costs with my manager, I contacted them again to get some proofs sent over before signing off; getting in touch was hard enough, and alarm bells should have rung, but I managed to get through eventually. Despite being as clear as I could be — I am no balloon expert, after all — I had to go back and forth numerous times regarding colours and designs.
A promise was made for proofs on Tuesday morning and, although I explained the urgency of our situation from the beginning, I’m yet to receive anything. For reference, we have since contacted another company who provided a quote, proofs and sent colour samples via first class post to me, all within 24 hours.
Good prices but only work with them if you have time on your hands.
