I agree with the most recent post on here. I also visited Fego Café a short while ago with a few friends, the service was not great and did not recieve the correct order and had to send it back, the food is ridiculously over priced. I spoke to the manager Nick, he had no time for me and asked me to sit down because they were rather busy, he also had the cheek to put 10% service charge on my bill, which I know the staff will not be recieving the money earnt. I thought this was so rude and I will never be returning. Also wanted to add that the uniform is rather scruffy, I have never seen managment in trainers and jeans!

Thank your for your feedback it is much appreciated. Peak times can prove tricky but generally speaking food should take between 2030 minutes at busy times and less at quiet times. Please accept my personal apology that you weren’t 100% happy with us, we do try our best. Regards Nick

I live locally in Cobham and must say that most of the food I have had is good but for the price I can get better up and down the High Street. Unfortunately the quality of the 8Oz steak on ciabatta I ordered was not very good due to the amount of gristle and struggled to cut through it — should have sent it back. The other 4 visits have been up and down regarding food\service. BUT for me the biggest let down was the service — we arrived and stood at the door — I could see the staff it was not as busy as normal for a Sat and they could see us and we waited a while before deciding to pickup a menu and find our own table. We sat there for about 15min — we knew what we wanted and menus were closed — we waited a while until we had to intervene and stop a passing waiter and ask if we could order. Basically 20min from entering Fego’s to getting our first conversation with any of the staff is no service — hence for the first time and we eat out alot I decided to refuse to pay any service charge\tip. Value for money 7⁄10 Service 3⁄10 Come on you got a good location and a good brand but you need to improve you face to face and initial speed of service — you need to spot your customers and interact — remember you need us more than we need you!
