Nippon is a japanese restaurant, and the only place in Colchester to get real sushi! The sushi chef is very competent, and both taste and presentation are excellent. The manageress was very helpful and patient, as it was our first time ordering sushi. The décor is nothing special, but is clean and pleasant. Pricing was average, there is not really anything in Colchester to compare it too but we thought it was fair.
