I have used this carpenter on a few occasions(careless tenants!) and can highly recommend him! His is quick, efficient and cleans up well after himself. He will tell you the cheapest way to do things and not charge you for unnecessary work. I trust him to have a key to properties where I need work done. He is self-employed, so it is nice to support a small, local tradesman, and this is reflected in his prices which are reasonable.
