Now they have changed the menu this place is rubbish as i was ordering my food and drink it taken over half an hour to get my drinks to the table as the staff didnt know what they were doing the food is not fresh as my meat was like chewing on rubber and the chips which i paid over 2 pounds for were hollo

This is quite a big pub a little way out of town going towards rugby. It is quite popular and they do a food menu too. The food is ok but not very exciting.
They hold a quiz night and have various offers on. It has a nice atmosphere and had recently been done out.

We went here on recommendation from a friend, but we were quite disappointed by the food and atmosphere. It is fairly pricey, and our food was not very well presented or cooked for the price. The atmosphere may have been lowered by the fact it was rather empty when we visited, but the décor is rather stuffy and old fashioned.
