I can only say the food is served fresh and sizzling and the staff are friendly and helpful. This restaurant and pub serves authentic Indian food combined with British food with an Indian twist. Our server Jib was so great and helped me with my gluten free issues too. Cocktails galore and an extensive wine menu make this a better option than the sad offerings at the village hotel close by. Highly recommended.

Surprisingly pleasant gastro pub! Didn’t plan to end up here — just happened to driving past when impulse took over. Quite an interesting /risqué menu but it definitely pays off. There are some English dishes, traditional Indian dishes, and also mash-ups of the both. Most notably, the Punjabi pizza and the Punjabi roast lamb. I opted for the lamb and it was beautiful — just fell off the bone and had a real tasty, spicy twist to it! As a side, I had the new spicy fries. Not a massive fan. Thought they would be cooked in spicy herbs and spices etc but it was in a kind of sauce? Wet chips. Tasted kinda artificial but I’m still glad I tried them. Customer service was great! So chatty, friendly and informative. Am due back here in a couple of weeks for a girls night out and hope to go wild on that pizza with a Punjabi twist

Was taken here for a Tuesday night buffet by expat American friends who had recently moved into the area and I probably had the best food in during my 3-day stay while in the Coventry/Nuneaton area. I thought the concept where it was both a curry house and a traditional British pub to be interesting, but the fusion concept worked in the dish that I ordered which was a Punjabi Pizza. So I could choose from I of like 8 – 10 naan bread, then get a sauce and a topping. I decided a coriander and garlic kulcha, with a korma sauce and a lamb, chicken and shrimp topping. This cost me £15 and when I got the pizza it was scrumptious but to my disappointment, there was only 1, yes 1 piece of shrimp and no lamb at all on the pizza! Lots of chicken, but not enough of the other meats. Still, I scarfed it down, as was super hungry and it tasted delicious. I also want to give a shout out to how good the service was — I has ordered a sweet cider and wanted to eat the strawberry garnish, so asked the server for a spoon. She ended up bringing back a plate of 5 strawberries, which I thought was super cool and really set the service apart, so big props to this place for that. I would def come back, and try some other combinations of the Punjabi Pizza.

Place looks nice and great destination we great place for the kids to play outdoors… Food however wasn’t the best abit bland with the Indian food and also Italian. Prices are decent for value of food and great hospitality…

We went there for lunch and ordered off the Indian menu because we had heard through a friend that they weren’t as good with the English food. The madras curry was good and spicy and overall our food was wonderful and the service was pretty good as well, despite being pretty busy.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I stepped into this restaurant, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised. On their website it’s described as a English and Indian sizzler restaurant and guess what? That’s exactly what it is. The English menu includes pies, pastas, salads and steaks and thats just for starters! There is certainly a lot of choice! The Indian menu features lots of Balti dishes, fish dishes and vegetarian options too. For those of you who are feeling brave there serve Vindaloo too — Vindaloo, vindaloo, vindaloo, vindaloo na na! Ok enough of that! There is a children’s menu and a great range of desserts to sample. The quality of the food is very good(cooked by award winning chefs don’t you know!) and is brought out piping hot and fresh. The waiters are friendly, with plenty of banter going on with the customers which makes the place even more welcoming. They offer a takeaway and delivery service 7 days a week for each of their menus which is superb and will even throw in a bottle of wine for delivery orders over £20 — not bad eh? So give this restaurant a go if you find yourself in this neck of the woods.

Awesome little gem in Coventry. This is a Gastro /Indian pub which has 2 menus, one English and one Indian. The food is top notch, from the Indian mix grills and Madras curries to the fish and chips. The staff are very attentive and friendly. They serve a few good beers on draught including Cobra :-). Worth checking out if your in the area.

This is a nice family friendly pub, we’ve been here a few times and also went on Valentine’s Day last year and found it very good value for a three course meal. We’ve also been for a Sunday lunch, which again was good value. It’s usually fairly busy, but not overcrowded. The drinks are average prices for the area. The staff always seem pretty friendly and happy to be there. We’ve never seen any trouble in here and often seen children in the pub. They also have a play area and a nice beer garden so great for the summer. Plenty of parking, and easily accessed by the number 19 bus.
