This is an old fashioned Barbers Shop with free on road parking and a very friendly owner in Andy. I walked in off the street without an appointment and was immediately seated for a trim. There’s a TV with BBC News 24 at reasonable around levels in the background, and the owner Andy was easy to chat to and gave me a good haircut at a very reasonable £7. My sort of Barbers! I’ll be returning again when in the area.

Here we have a splendid little old Victorian barber shop that is located in a modest village called Seghill; only a 20 minute drive from my house in Darras Hall. As I entered, I neatly hung up my waistcoat and relaxed in the waiting lounge. I had a choice of cold beverages, middle-market newspapers, or join in with the noisy banter. I sensed a very friendly atmosphere and so I started talking about the usual stocks and shares, first class flights and interesting tips that improved my golf swing significantly. The Haircut prices are surprisingly very competitive and are rightly affordable for his bog standard customers. I shall rate Andy’s Barber Shop 10 out of 10.
