We at Carylls Country House have 4 computers and over the years have always used Crawley computer centre for our repairs. They have an instant service facility which is handy. They are honest, reliable and trustworthy. We recomend them without hesitation. Michael and Jan

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
This is the worst computer repair shop ever! I had a laptop that started to play up and would not turn on so i looked for a trustworthy and expert company that could fix it. Unfortunately i came to these guys worst mistake EVER! I think it was the posters i saw around Crawley that made me go to them and the big yellow boards that made me think these guys knew what they were doing I even read this site and saw friendly family run business and thought great.
As soon as i walked into the shop none of what i read seemed true, after waiting around in the shop i get greeted with a cold response because the guy was tinkering around in the back maybe i disturbed him from whatever he was doing in the backroom at this point i had a bad gut feeling but i just wanted my computer fixed so i explained the problem i was having and asked do you think you will be able to fix it? he said well thats a silly question how am i supposed to know if i don’t look at it? rudely and said that they charge for a diagnostic, i said i don’t want a diagnostic i just would like it fixed so i handed over the computer hoping for the best a week later i haven’t heard from them so i give them a call and he hasn’t got round to it he says Wait i will call you when its fixed! i never received that call so i call him back and come into the store he tells me its beyond repair and its £35+ vat for a diagnostic! i said what?! SO I PAID YOU TO TELL ME MY COMPUTER IS BROKEN? he could have looked at it for 2mins and said nope its broken! i don’t even know how or why he even ran a diagnostics when it wont even turn on!
BOTTOM LINE IS I WISHED I NEVER USED THESE CROOKS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE
