Back To Health Wellness Centre Croydon

First time that I have been to see anyone about my back so don’t really know what is right or wrong.
The location of the practice is not the best admittedly. If I had seen it before I went, I probably would not have booked to go there. But, did it remotely so here I was and had to give it a try.
Generally not anyone on reception but you do get seen eventually. I was taken through a in depth consultation about life style, historic events, operations, etc and what problems I was having. The x-​ray you, check balance, alignment, etc which I was not expecting to be honest.
The put your through a process whereby the next step is to come back for a kind of education on your back and things that could go wrong. Then they take you through the results of your x-​ray providing scary details like you have a curve in your back and neck etc.
I was only really after a couple of adjustments to ease some aches I had but they start to advise on how many you may need to straighten you out. I ended up signing up for something like 30! There seemed to be a little bit of a push to sign up for a course up front and to pay for it all there and then. Even accommodating finance to help you out. Now, like I said, I don’t know if that was normal but felt they could be a little less pushy. It’s my back after all and if I want one adjustment and leave the curve there then so be it.
Having been there for adjustments (30 to be correct!) you realise that whilst that the staff seem to change frequently. I don’t know if this is because the circulate between the various clinics (as this is part of a ‘chain’) or whether the staff actually do leave I’m not sure.
I had no problem with the service thereafter and all the staff were polite and helpful.
It’s a Chiropractic clinic but does have osteopath available also.
