Sorry this review is not on the bowling and arcade area but the bar and pool table areas. This would have been the last place I thought my friend would suggest to go to for a drink, instead of going somewhere like Frankies and Bennys, but I have to admit it was a good choice, as the there was plenty of empty tables and the bar staff was not busy. We ordered a bottle of Prosecco which was priced around £20 and as they didn’t have any chilled in their fridges we ended up having warm Prosecco with ice cubes. A quick game of pool, where we had no problem having to wait for a table as only two tables were being used, and a few games on the arcades which ended up being a good night.

Needs a bit of updating here, feels a little forgotten. All in all, it is a bowling alley which also has an arcade as well as eating area which sells alcohol also. I’ve not sampled the food but they advertise certain deals of lanes and food along with children parties which can be held here. There are nights which have deals so worth looking out for these. Experience is OK, it is bowling but the environment I think could be updated a little. There was a distinct lack of staff available to help you and we were moved at least 4 times from lanes as they had put us on the wrong one only to move back to one we were moved from before. Would be worth investing in improving the experience as this business is based in a popular business and eating area and gets good trade based on where it is located.

A relatively cheap, no-glam night out out. Go on a Friday, and book/buy online in advance, and you’ll get 25% off bowling, food and booze. We booked three games(two adults) and two beers and it came to £26. We took the tram(Ampere Way, the same stop as IKEA) and walked less than 10 minutes to get to the venue(this area was definitely designed for cars, and you’ll be crossing two huge parking lots on foot, a reminder of how pedestrian-friendly London is!). It’s not the slick, All Star Lanes type of place. This is more family friendly, less sexy and therefore much cheaper and easier to book(we booked Friday afternoon for 9p that night). The lanes were clean and everything functioned properly, no complaints there. After our games, we played a few arcade games and considered a game of pool, but that area was definitely local teen territory. Even walking through it to get to the bathroom I felt like an outsider at a local’s dive bar — nervous and little uncomfortable. Less a date night/young professionals leisure spot and more like a suburban families and bored teens. But a cheap way to get a game in, if you’ve got a hankering for a Big Lebowski night out.

This place is absolutley awful! The customer service is so incredibly terrible and the lanes constantly break down and it has premium pricing without the quality. The food is really expensive and the place was incredibly messy. I would rather visit the dentist for a night out rather than this place
