Recently went here on a Saturday night. It used to be a pub so the conversion looks mint. The food is a mix between Spanish Tapas and Greek Meze. Seeing that me and my girlfriend are fans of both this ticked all boxes. The prices were reasonable, the best bit is if you are on the Darlo card you save 20%!(NOTE: Sunday to Friday only) The food is fantastic, the waiting area is good as well because it has live sport or music channel on in the background. Good central location and in the summer you can sit outside. It is very close to where my girlfriend works on Bondgate so it is going to become a usual end of the week place to eat for sure. Great stuff.

Ate here recently and the food was to die for. I could quite happily eat here every day. We were 3 and we ordered 12 dishes inc bread and some olives. It was the perfect amount and every dish was delicious. At ~£45 for 3 people it seemed reasonable.(not counting drinks) Speaking of drinks this place has a small nice friendly bar with a good selection of cask ales. I particularly like the sign that they have hung up on the wall that reads: This bar is dedicated to those merry souls who make drinking a pleasure, who reach contentment before capacity and whatever they drink, can take it, hold it, and remain ladies and gentlemen.

Visited the Tapas Bar last weekend and we’re not intending to return. There was certainly a good range of Greek and Spanish tapas and the food was fine. It arrived quickly and was satisfactory — but nothing out of the ordinary. Good range of beer and okay choice of wine. There were two things I disliked firstly that it was incredibly noisy both upstairs and downstairs. The bar downstairs was packed and the flat screen TV showing sport. We ate upstairs where the music was really loud. Normal conversation level just couldn’t be heard. Secondly it really irritates me that food has to be ordered by the customer downstairs at the bar. So once seated upstairs we had to go back down to order, through all the hoards of sport watchers. For a £25−30 a head I would far prefer to eat at Meze near the railway station or the Mexican on Skinnergate!
