Being one of the ‘corner’ stores of Bluewater as I like to call them, this shop is HUGE. It takes about five minutes to walk from one end to the other and it has two floors with clearly defined departments and maps everywhere so it’s easy to navigate.
The shop assistants also wear proper uniforms instead of the store clothes and a lanyard like other stores. SO easy to find them for help. They also keep the rails topped up and will nearly always have every size there.
I know Marks has had something of a bashing about the decline in quality of its clothes but trust me, it’s the best place to get underwear and coats. I bought both a few months ago and only went in to get more, not replace, which is a MIRACLE as far as I’m concerned.
The fit on everything is good, including jeans, even though they don’t have a Tall section and though they’re more expensive than other shops, it lasts a lot longer. I don’t know if this says more about M&S clothes or the quality of shops like New Look, Primark and Dorothy Perkins to be honest.
The staff here are really helpful too. I tried to bring back two jumpers I’d ordered online that were the wrong size and didn’t have the receipt for them, so the guy checked the confirmation email on my phone and printed me out another one before refunding my items. I even got the full refund back, which was a novelty compared to when I tried to get a refund in New Look and they only gave me 75% back (The items weren’t on sale. I have NO idea why).
What’s more is this one also has a food section on the side nearest the bus stops, so you can grab a drink or dinner for that evening or a bottle of wine on the way out, which really does make it a one-​stop-​shop. Win.

This M&S is huge! It covers two floors and has everything from clothes, shoes, stuff for the home, a massive food hall and also a coffee shop.
I love their socks, so often pop in just for those! But this branch has everything that M&S sell. Add to that free unlimited parking just outside, and it makes for a perfect M&S shopping experience!

The M&S in Bluewater is really big. It has two floors, the top floor has mens clothing and homeware, where the lower floor is home to ladies clothes and the food hall.
I don’t really like the ladis clothing, but i do really like shopping in the food hall. M&S food is always so nice, and because you park outside, you can get as much shopping as you like without having to walk through the shopping centre with all your shopping bags.
M&S always has a currency exchange. I have used M&S twice now to change my money into dollars, and everytime i have found the rate fantastic and the staff really nice and helpful with my queries.
The homeware section is also fantastic. A great range of homeware and all at very affordable prices.
