I think this is another of my favourite Charity shops in Derby. They have a lot of great items in and they always seem to have a lovely selection of handbags which are my weakness. The shop is a little small for all the stuff so it is a little hard to manœuvre around the shop. There is not a lot of space between the displays and they now have a big glass case in the middle of the shop which I am afraid it is way too easy for me to catch my bag on and break something. They have a big selection of children’s items especially board games and quite a selection of children’s clothes and coats. I am not a fan of the staff in the BHF. They don’t seem very concerned with the customers and are a little ignorant when asked a question. This is very rude. The woman I asked a question of just walked off. It seemed she just went to ask someone but she could have said Excuse me while I ask someone The prices are the most favourable that I have seen in a charity shop. I would gladly pay £2.50 for a new handbag or £3 for a new pair of jeans. They just need to get a bigger shop and a few more of their volunteers trained on customer service.
