This establishment does not even deserve one star. I cannot put into words the ineptitude of the staff and the awful treatment I received. I was treated with complete disregard; this salon is simply arrogant, incompetent and rude staff producing services completely unfit for purpose.
Absolutely disgraceful place, tarnishes the ‘indulgent’ tag it gives itself.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I took advantage of this great promotion and to be honest didn’t really expect to get the top stylist do my hair for the price. However Brian was really lovely, chatty friendly, and helpful. Very thoughtful about my wash and go needs, I’m not the sort to be fussing with my hair, but wanted a change yet something simple I could manage and still look chic. He achieved this, and I’m very pleased with the result, and how nice to sit in an air-​conditioned salon especially in such hot weather. Left feeling really pleased, well refreshed, and I will be back after my holidays.

Awful salon, male hairdresser didn’t have a clue what he was doing. Had to book another hair appointment at a different salon to try and rectify what he had done to my hair! Wasn’t even offered a drink during my appointment, bitterly disappointed!

Lovely, beautiful salon and fabulous treatment. Best hair I have ever had .Tops at practical creativity. I am now a regular customer and visit the highly experienced beauticians too who have made me look 10 years younger. No joke.
