Food is very nice, very kind staff, some of the staff(female) are absolutely gorgeous, the food may have been nice but the portions were too small. Had the Lamb shank pie, wasn’t a pie but a small dish, hardly anything on the plate, was hungry after main course, hardly any food for £13 for one meal

Dirty plates and glasses(not ours) left on the table thought out our visit. All glasses dirty. Come on! it’s not hard to get lipstick off with a sponge, or check the glasses are clean before you use them. Staff very slow to serve on my visit. Messing around with something behind the bar seems far more important than serving customers. I did not try the food so can not comment.

Very nice place to have a quiet drink and very good views of the river. Normal pub food, very edible but nothing stunning.

I found myself making a rendezvous to meet an old pal of mine. We decided upon a half way marker and the closest Public House was to be «The Otter» in Kegworth, Derby. A quaint English Pub backing up along the River of Tyne. This original Pub has stood since 1800, and has kept its rural charm and rustic character. I tried all of their local Ales, and all equally tasty. The food, while plain and simple, is just what is needed to satisfy the hunger brought on from the brisk fresh air of the country side. I did also notice that this is quite the hideaway for the local beauties, and as my roaming eye wondered, I found myself enjoying ALL of the local attractions.
