Pretty good service — pricey when compared to online but the workshop support is great.

This place is absolutely top for service work. They’ve always been fair on prices for parts and labour and they have come through above and beyond in the past.
Example? I had an inner tube blow out on the way to an interview. I dropped it off at Samways on the way through, came back 2 hours later and picked it up. I was riding home.
Unfortunately at list price I can’t afford to buy ANYTHING in the shop! They do price match if they can and order things in so it is a case of do your research beforehand and go in with a list and see what you can get. Top service work though.
