Very disappointed with this shop. 3 days ago I enquired about information on a holiday in the Uk. was told they would ring me back In 1 hour. -- 6 hours later still no call, I rang again told they would ring me the next day -- 2 days later still no phone call. Will not bother booking with Thos Cook again even tho I have some vouchers to spend. I would rather sell them to someone else and go with a more reliable company. No wonder Thos Cook is not doing too well if they treat all customers this way.
