As a client I would never use hopkins ever again the most unprofessional letting company I have come across. We were told we could let a house we placed a holding fee down and referencing fees at a total cost of £480 after a couple weeks of referencing we were told the house was sold and we could only have our deposit back we have now been waiting over 10 days with no fees returned and hopkins will not respond to emails. Overal an awful estate agent with no regard to the financial difficulty they put family’s in.
