I like this salon, the girls I’ve had treatments with are always nice, it’s comfortable and the girls always put you at ease.
The only problem I’ve had is with the girls who are working on the reception. They are often too busy chatting to one another to really pay attention to what they are doing/​saying to customers.
Also, I bought my pregnant sister a voucher for a pregnancy massage. When she decided to use it, she booked an appointment and when she arrived for it there was no one there to do it as they had mixed up booking times. She had saved it until late in her pregnancy so didn’t have time to book in again (she doesn’t live in Edinburgh).
However, the salon were very good and said she could use the voucher to buy products or to book a treatment after the baby is born.
