Rudest reception staff i have ever met in my life. I wasn’t happy at being told on the Monday that the they were fully booked and that I would have to wait till the next monday to book an appointment and that then it may be a week still!!!
Really, 15 days to get an appointment!!! Eh, No. I pay my taxes for use of the NHS when I am sick, this is simply not good enough!
I changed to Hermitage medical practice, was a million times better and they can see you the same day.

A very nice medical practice. Pleasant building and helpful reception staff. The patient care is excellent and would recommend it
