i’ve been going to this branch of Optical Express for a number of years. the plus points would be that it’s right in the centre of town so easy to get to, they have loads of appointments 7 days a week, they phone you to schedule your yearly check ups so that you don’t actually have to remember to do this yourself, and i’ve found all the opticians i’ve seen to be friendly and helpfuly. however, i have found the front desk staff a bit brusque when i’ve been there and once they sent me the wrong contact solution which was a pain! however, they were happy to switch the bottles for the right solution free of charge. so all in all a good place to go if you’ve in need of an optician.
