Oxfam

This is a really great branch of the Oxfam charity shops chain if you (like me) buy a lot of books. It’s also great for cards, wrapping paper and other new items that Oxfam sells (eg jewellery, candles etc)
The shop is always kept very clean and tidy — which makes a nice change as some charity shops are really messy and make you feel a bit grubby.
The books are displayed and laid out well and there’s room to have a good browse before buying. There are often Buy One Get One Free offers or other reductions which make what you buy even more of a bargain.
The staff are nice and do thank you for any donations of goods you bring in — again not always the case for charity shops as some places have really rude staff!
