I have been using Webbs for years and I love it. Jem has always been upfront, honest and as helpful as you can get. The pricing is great. The courtesy car is really useful.
Always happy to lend advice and assistance, this man is what we all hope all mechanics were like. I have had Toyotas, BMWs and Subarus looked after. I have also sent many people to Jem and they all sing his praises.
He will explain what needs doing and why but crucially, if it can wait then he wont make you have work that isn’t required right now. He’s also happy to source second hand parts to keep the cost down where appropriate but safety critical issues he will tell you to not compromise.
I’ve only ever had 1 issue with a broken part after fitting and the problem was fixed for free with no issues — fantastic customer service!
