West Moors Texaco has been taken over by Murco 4 weeks ago beginning November 2008. There has been a complete turn-around from a successful friendly service station into a neglected dirty & untidy premises where the regular staff are obviously in total despair. Such a shame. Seems the contract manager, who is new at the game, is spreading herself very thinly on the ground between 3 shops miles apart. Where is the responsibility of Murco in this situation or do they just flog off their franchises to the first bidder? Texaco would never have allowed this to happen. Texaco always had pride in their premises.
