Wasted hundreds on court fees, fuel, postage, printing after being sold a counterfeit item confirmed as 100% illegal and counterfeit by manufacturer. Defendant failed to provide statements by order of court and reported me to police on receipt of mine. Had no idea why she had received them. When judge alerted I was told "either side can deny receipt of statements". Document states should either side fail to circulate statement claim will go in favour of other party. Criticized and humiliated by judge while defendant smugly looked on. Claim dismissed but told "nothing to stop you (my husband bringing a claim against her. So called allocation hearing. Judge had no paperwork, not even claim number. No clue whatsoever re 1st claim. Hate crime against me by defendant's son - denied. Security staff failed to stop them in pursuit of us. Staff failed to secure relevant CCTV as did police. Claim cameras don't cover area. Numerous cameras around court and police station next door. Offender lied to police - proven. Now being investigated by hate crime specialist and CI as complaint whitewashed by IOPCC and police. Transferred to Newcastle for safety reasons. Offender never seen again. Defendant claims she has sacro-iliac disease, not evident when she charged after us outside court as did offender son. Please bring this to an end. Had to take time off work to go to court!. Has a wonderful child with a bright future. Husband has depression and receiving counselling. The sob story goes on. First judge gives completely incorrect legal advice - 2nd judge dismisses claim. Rude and unpleasant. Screens missing, she turns, smirks, glares and sticks her tongue out but claims to be licking her lip. Son attempts to alert judge - he is thrown out of court not her. She is still under illusion she sold a USED stone island jacket. It is a counterfeit illegal Stone Island jacket - posted to their head office at my expense and confirmed for the 2nd time it is illegal and will be taken off site and destroyed if I do not pay return postage. She removes all her other suspicious items off sale - friend rings and is told she has "run out of stone island jackets love, I am expecting more". Told who she was - blocked on facebook as was I and her former employer I was accused of telling to ring her to "do right thing". Statement finally delivered by someone who glared at me through window - probably one of wonderful child's mates. She reports me to police twice - sends letter to them re counterfeit jacket and told I am entitled to a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Who does that?. Police do nothing. Trading standards do nothing, action fraud do nothing. On receipt of her sob story she unblocks me on FB. Is it to entice me to contact her re her fake goods so she can report me for a 3rd time?. Wonderful child states I walk with a walking aid. Never have. Three statements confirm this. Police refuse to re-interview lying wonderful son. Judicial review applied for re police failings. Do not accept the victim of fraud to be treated with any empathy by anyone associated with Gateshead Law Court. Repeated failings, judges who are rude and do not question defendant who states jacket bought in York - Stone Island do not have outlet in York. never have had. More lies. Also mis-sold as advertised as wrong size. Judge will not accept that either or vast evidence. Total shambles. unfit for purpose court system that favours sellers of counterfeit items who go unquestioned and humiliate us in court room - pathetic, immature behaviour ignored by a judge. Do not waste your time, energy and money. Complete waste of time. Sell counterfeit items and get away with it. Pursue us outside court, verbally abuse us. Hate crime committed and get away with that too - for now. Be warned - no-one will help you or even show any courtesy. The system is a complete joke and this is a complete miscarriage of justice. AVOID.
