You know you’re in a good gift shop when you’re furiously snapping a photo of everything you like, and you leave with 10+ photos on your phone. Oops.
This is a new shop in De Courcy’s Arcade (but the entrance is on Cresswell Lane). It’s a massive shop, really well laid out and with some seriously amazing gifts — ranging from kids stuff (Sooty & Sweep hand puppets!), nice stationery, cute koala cushions and tshirts. There’s quite a bit of niche stuff too, like Dr Who, Breaking Bad etc which is worth checking out if you’re into that kind of thing. Prices are really reasonable and I have my eye on the large Kilner jug with a tap on it — I’m sure that’s essential for an upcoming Unilocal event, surely?
This time I didn’t buy anything but I will be scouting this place for all my present-​buying needs.
