Archers Sleepcentre

A while back I ordered a new bed from this store for the upstairs room for friends & guests that would often stay a few nights while shopping in the city centre, I found the staff more honest to your face and spoke less gibberish compared to dreams who is a rival store.
Even though the bed was fine I didn’t think the staff where upfront on their delivery information
With the shop less than 15 minutes from my home they gave a time allocation between 9am and 5pm, sadly the delivery didn’t arrive on the times given and I had to head back to an appointment that I had prearranged, there was no call to give a reason to why the item wasn’t delivered even though they had my number.
Next day when I called these guys they said that they tried to deliver but I was out and I would have to pay another £50 delivery charge, £100 for the delivery of a bed is certainly taking the p*ss by these guys.
Not been back since.

Great shop nice beds helpful staff great for delivery.
