This store has outstanding customer service! I had a return to do because I bought the wrong size blind for my kitchen window, and I didn’t receive the evil eye as I walked up to the return counter!
Aside from the customer service this store is simply amazing for do-​it-​yourself goods, gardening supplies, decorating supplies etc. I should warn you though, this store is very overwhelming and HUGE! It is not exactly easy to run in and run out of B&Q! Danger, I went in to only buy a set of blinds and walked out with herbs to grow in my kitchen, tools, stuff to hang my art work, cleaning supplies… oh and the blind for my kitchen window I originally needed :)
