This is a rather useful all be it small little Boots. The Pharmacy is open at perfect commuter hours, so I can often leave a prescription before work and pick it up at lunch, or just wait the 5 minutes for the prescription to be filled. It’s great, it’s round the corner from my work and means I don’t waste my whole lunch time. They have a small first aid section, makeup, shampoo etc. There is also 3 fridges with the boots meal deal, normally 3.25 for a drink, main, snack. Drinks ranging from Innocent and Naked smoothies, to the typical fizzy drinks to Iced Coffee. Main is some none-raw sushi, salads, sandwhiches, wraps. Snacks vary from baked goods, chocolate, crisps, yoghurt, fruit, vegetables. All and all it’s one of my favourite lunch meal deals due to the range of options. Be careful though, by 12:45/1 there doesn’t tend to be a lot left though!

Hmmm, what can I say about this Boots. As other reviewers have said, it’s a small Boots, but ‘Tiny Boots’ as Briony has coined it manages to stock a good range of items. It’s ideal for travellers — I’ve often popped in here last minute to get things I’ve forgotten before hopping onto a train for a trip away — dry shampoo, blister plasters, that sort of thing. My weekends away are clearly not that glamourous ;-) It’s also my nearest dispensing chemist to where I work, which is very handy. Their pharmacy also manages to stock most items(I think they must have a Tardis in the back) and their service is very quick. If there’s any confusion over the prescription or anything(I have what seem to be complicated sunscreen requirements — yes really — which often confuses the GP receptionists and they send the wrong prescription), then the staff are really helpful and get it sorted out. It’s often jam packed with customers, but staff are very efficient, and the queues go down quickly. Overall, a good wee Boots. Well done Tiny Boots, well done.

You know how some chains have different names for different sized stores(e.g. Tesco Metro)… well this one should be called Tiny Boots. For it is tiny. But don’t let that put you off — they have everything your traveller or commuter could need. I’ve popped in here countless times for travel sickness tablets, panadol, nail polish, water, gaviscon(reflux is so sexy right now), snack — you name it, I’ve probably been here to buy it It’s a small store but there’s a pharmacy counter, makeup, food and lots of other travel essentials. They manage to fit a lot in to this shop, hence the 4-stars.

I visit this Boots ALL the time… it’s a stones throw away from my work so I come here for my lunch pretty regularly. As well as a pharmacy — great for advice if you can’t get a doctor appointment — this branch, although small, has a small hair & beauty section and the usual medicines, deodorants and razors section. This store is mainly all about the Meal Deal though — plenty of choices, including the Jamie Oliver meal deals and staff who are pretty friendly. Be aware though that it can get really busy here in peak times due to it being inside Central Station — workers and travellers all convene here.

This is a great Boots. While all the central station companies rip you off with their prices. This boots is just as cheap as all the other boots. Worth a look and a spend.

Very handy and well stocked, and a much nicer site than the old one at the entrance to the station.

Small branch of Boots but with a good range of toiletries, cosmetics and medicines. Also ideal for snacks(not too expensive) for your train journey, including sandwiches, wraps, crisps, salads, cakes, chocolate and biscuits. Found on the station concourse not far from the higher number platforms. Friendly pleasant staff too.
