Quite an impressive selection of shoes and I was lucky enough to wander in while they had a sale on — bonus!
I was initially confused by the ‘do-​it-​yourself’ protocol, especially when there were two serving girls gabbing by the counter. So much so in fact, that I deliberately walked back to the front of the store to ask if I was supposed to just furtle around the shelves on my own, expecting one of them to leap into action. Usually in shoe shops one expects assistants to ask you your size, then disappear into the store room to return with the relevant box, unpack it, and prep the shoes for you to try on. But not here, apparently — you have to find the right box yourself, unpack it, try on the shoes, then repack it and return it to the shelf if they don’t fit. Which doesn’t do much for the merchandise or product presentation to be honest.
It also begs the question — why on earth are they employing two staff members when all they seem to do is take payment at the till?
Prices = good. Service = non-​existent. Meh.

Sale on now, lots of bargains to be had here if you are careful what you are buying, lots of good quality shoes and bags.
The staff are very helpful and you can get time to browse without being constantly asked can I help you.
As this store is situated within West End Retail Park there is plenty of parking and bike racks available.
