Argh! I was left feeling pretty frustrated. We visited last summer and managed to get a seat straight away. We managed to get a table at the balcony (which was brilliant given the hot weather that day) but were left for an hour and a half after ordering our drinks. We couldn’t even see any staff around inside to ask what had happened to our drinks or meal. When the meal did arrive it was really poor quality and wasn’t pleasant to eat. We were very tempted to walk off and not pay but by that time the staff had started to bother attending to the tables.
Got a scratchcard with my bill that had a half price deal for the next time I visit. Pity I’m never going back.
