Costa Coffee

If you are like me and leave the house a whole hour early and have time to kill, well this is the place to go.
There is nothing special with this store, on the two occasions that l have come in recent weeks there is no music in the background and you could hear word for word what the staff have been up to over the weekend they talk so loud.
A little grubby around the edges, this shop just needs that little TLC, along with new trays, they are so grubby.
Costs coffee is good and the cake selection that they have.

this wee one is in glasgow central, and was the staple of my life a few years back when i went to college.
it’s not a big place but its big enough so comfy leather sofas and wee tables available for sit in and take away available too.
every morning i would go in here and get a hot chocolate with marshmallows and whipped cream, and a linzer biscuit. sooooo delicious.
the queue was always long, but they work in a wee conveyer style that before you know it your bring served so its not like your standing about for ages coz your not.
they give you 3 marshmallows but after a year of my custom they gave me 5 so nice!
and the biscuit comes in bag and it all gets put in a brown bag for safety. the staff are really friendly too.
everythign is clean and tidy and sitting in is lovely, the atmosphere is quiet an calm and its nice and toasty warm.
so much so me and my best friend use to g in for a hot choc before college then just sit on the couches and not go to colege instead we’d eat biscuits drink hot chocs and people watch. best times.

A good and useful branch of Costa on the Central Station concourse — but an enclosed café, not open to the platforms, so nice and quiet inside. Great coffees and cakes as you’d expect and friendly staff. It’s a little cramped inside if you’re going to sit down to eat, compared to some of the other Costas, but that’s only a minor gripe.
