Gigantic electrical store located within a typical trading estate. It has everything you would hope to find in a store of this nature, eg, TV’s DVD players fridges, cookers, washing machines etc.
The store is fairly well laid out and there are staff around to help most of the time. They offer special deals from time to time and have a ‘price promise’ facility. However, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired, the manager is very unhelpful and this lets the store down. I would rather take my business elsewhere and I would not use this store again in a hurry.
