Garage Street Shoes

I’m a bit of a shoe freak, so was immediately drawn to Garage shoes in Eastkilbride shopping mall, as they stocked loads of the really high, platform pairs that i like. The shop is open plan, with the front of the shop fully open, so you can literally walk right in from the arcade. I liked this and thought it was a pretty good marketing tool, as it practically invites you to walk in.
The shoes looked good, loads of different styles including platform, sandals and courts as well as pumps, boots and even the odd pair of stripper shoes! It really stocks a bit of everything and you will probably find something you are looking for in here.
I bought a pair of platform sandals, which were pretty much a carbon copy of a pair i had lusted after in River Island, another good point of Garage shoes; they tend to do ‘copies’ of shoes which would otherwise cost upwards of 60 pounds in Topshop and Dune. My pair of choice only cost me 24.99, and from a distance you would never tell the difference.
Come here if you are looking for a cheap pair of great looking shoes for a night out or two. Don’t expect them to last as long as the ones in Topshop though, mine kicked the bucket pretty rapidly after a few rowdy nights on the tiles. You get what you pay for after all!
