Golden Mobile is a shop specialising in phone and computer accessories/repairs on Dumbarton Road. It’s a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it store with windows filled with second hand laptops and mobile phones. They have hundreds of phone accessories, including cases and the clip-on fascias that I didn’t think even existed anymore.
I was in need of an ethernet cable so I popped in yesterday to see if they had one. The chap in there was perfectly nice and helpful… although I did feel a little bit like the punchline of a joke I wasn’t privy to. The whole exchange seemed a little bit awkward — and I’m not totally sure that I’ll be rushing to go back.
Either way, I left with a 10m ethernet cable at the price of £10, which was exactly what I’d gone there for.
