Well, I walked in and was ignored for 20mins by everyone although no other customers were around. Then, when I asked the front desk, they directed me to one of the ladies who was ignoring me. I had a detailed diagram of the worksurfaces I required but was told it was not detailed enough. I then drew further diagrams of my relatively simple worktops with EVERY conceivable dimension, finish, cutout and requirement whilst being ignored a little longer. As I handed this over I was told it would take 3 – 4 days to give an estimate-​astounding, as every other business I have dealt with formulated an estimate in 2 minutes! A week later I still have not had an estimate and I can only conclude that Rearo have no need for my £2300 business.
