A small shop dedicated to PC and laptops. This is the place to go for repairs and accessories, especially so if you are looking for a business service. This meaning, that this company have something of a speciality of dealing with other companies PC, laptop and general I.T. troubles.
Apparently — according to comments from an acquaintance who runs his own business — they are extremely good. The staff are friendly, approachable and manage to turn I.T. talk into plain language. All of these aspects mean that their customer service is thorough, personalised and up to a high standard. Yet, for this quality service and treatment you won’t pay through the nose.
Therefore, it seems to be a good all round business. However, in saying this the acquaintance mentioned earlier is known to exaggerate and be slightly unreliable. Thus, I feel obliged to hold back on the last, and final star, due to my slightly questioning nature.
