I was given a thoughtful present of spa vouchers due to my love of going to spa hotels but I was very disappointed with Spa in the City. First of all it takes them ages to call you back and their manner on the phone is not what you would expect. Got there early to filli in necesary details and was keep waiting for 15 minutes with no apology or explanation. The actual therapist was very friendly although my swedish massage felt more like a gentle rub.
Going by the other reviews maybe I got them on a bad day but I will not be back.
