It’s not going to win a prize for beauty, but when I found this menu on my doormat I slotted it in with all the others. One late night of flat moving called on this very pile of menus, Spice World stuck out as it was a little cheaper than the other Idian food menus and seemed to have a good selection of Indian food. I do get suspicious when a take-away has the fascade of an Indian but a good portion of the menu is taken up by pizzas and other European fatty foods. Speed! This was the first gold star for Spice World, taking around 15 minutes to be delivered to our door, and surprisingly this wasn’t even an area they were familiar with. Great service, and full marks for efficiency. I give them another two stars for food, it was the best vindaloo I have ever had, and the roti at only 60p is pretty much the same size as a full on nan bread but at half the cost. Great little place, not much to look at when I drove by, but nice people, good food and great service.
