The Forbidden Gentlemen’s Club

Enjoyed the drag show from Sharon Needles from RuPaul’s Drag Race at their monthly Menergy night. I mean… she was a couple hours late getting out to the stage but we can’t really blame the club for that, can we?
The space is big and well laid out. There were plenty of comfy seats around to sit and sip drinks while people watching. The stage and cat walk were in a fairly good location to see although it’s not high enough to see *well* if you’re not up in front once the show starts because everybody rushes the stage.
It took forever to get drinks once everyone filtered in — so it’s best to order at least twice the amount to cut back on the times you have to re-​order.
Security was friendly while still doing their job, staff was as well.
If you’re in the neighborhood on a Menergy night — stop in. I can’t vouch for the gentlemen’s part of the club, though… you’re on your own for that!
