Absolutely faultless from start to finish. I go to Allison for repetitive strain in my neck and shoulders and the whole experience is in a class of its own. I don’t think there could be such a personalised and thorough treatment elsewhere. As another reviewer has said here, the whole experience begins with a thorough consultation at the outset to find out exactly what you need. I loved the way she was able to suit my comfort levels — I wanted a firm massage to sort out my knots but not a ¹⁰⁄₁₀ pummelling straight off! Anyway — it was perfectly pitched and in tune with what I was looking for. She is very intuitive and a very natural and gifted communicator so I didn’t feel shy or awkward at all at any stage. She really is in a class of her own with the service she provides — a stress relieving nugget of gold in the West End of Glasgow!

From the moment I stepped inside The Relaxation Haven I was instantly relaxed. Allison truly understands the pain of everyday modern life and she’s there to press your chill out buttons! I would say this is a proper massage, not a tickle, so you actually feel the benefits. I book in once a month and I’m so happy to finally be committed to taking care of my health. I also tried reflexology for the first time which felt amazing and made me face up to some potential health issues. This is a very reasonably priced place and Allison pours her heart and soul into you, which is a beautiful thing. I can’t recommend her enough… and I’ve been for a lot of massages!
