Another stop on my new phone provider mission and I thought 3 were OK. The shop is your standard layout for a phone shop, nothing new or particularly sleek, but that’s OK.
They didn’t have a greeter at the door like most of the shops are doing, but I was spoken to straight away. The employee was great — really helpful and down to earth, and she gave me the information I needed, as well as some really practical general advice about finding a new provider.
While the deal wasn’t competitive enough for me this time, I liked the approach I received, so would consider 3 for future.

I’ve been through just about all the networks over the last ten years but I have settled with 3, mainly due to the good customer service and their tariffs which suit me with free 3 to 3, skype and windows live messenger.
This 3 store is a modest size, which I like. It doesn’t overwhelm you when you go in.
I recently went in with the missus to get her signed up for 3 so we could enjoy the free 3 to 3 after planning our purchase on the website. From going in to coming out with what we wanted with no pushy changes, we were 10 minutes at the most.
I hear they’re cool with letting you dive in to charge your phone in here as well which is awesome-​o.
